John Lovely (Partner) brings 20 years of real estate and business experience to Cashman & Lovely. He has tried and won both jury and jury-waived cases in state and federal courts throughout Massachusetts. John has also been a licensed real estate broker since 1979, which helps him advise clients on real estate decisions that keep their business interests in mind.
Daniel Cashman (Partner) brings over 30 years of legal experience to Cashman & Lovely. He graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University and obtained his law degree from Cornell University. Mr. Cashman has an AV rating under Martindale Hubbell's peer rating system.*
Igor Freyman (of Counsel) aids Cashman & Lovely in matters of immigration law and consumer bankruptcy. He is a graduate of Harvard University and Northeastern University School of Law. Mr. Freyman uses his vast experience to represent clients in all aspects of immigration law, family and employment-based immigration, including deportation defense and appeals.
