TPS Granted to Syrians by USCIS on March 29, 2012.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano has announced the designation of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for eligible Syrian nationals who were in the United States as of March 29, 2012. This designation will allow eligible Syrian nationals in the United States to remain in the U.S. and receive Employment Authorization for at least the next 18 months.
