Attorney Profiles

Kathleen M. Gillespie has been with Cashman and Lovely, P.C. since 2006.  She holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School, an M.A. from Tufts University, and a B.A. from Colby College. Kathleen handles a wide range of immigration matters, with a particular interest on family-based immigration, defense to deportation, and appeals. She has written numerous appellate briefs for the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Administrative Appeals Unit, as well as the First and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeals.

Kathleen is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First and Fifth Circuits. She is a member of the National Immigration Project of the National Lawyers Guild and of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
